Paulina is a fully qualified legal counsel with 13 years of direct experience in corporate restructuring, corporate governance, commercial and civil law, M&A and customer relations. She is well-versed in project finance, investment sales and acquisitions and asset management. She is communicative and personable with an aptitude for negotiating and facilitating interaction with clients and fostering mutually beneficial synergies to achieve business goals. Paulina demonstrates her capacity for innovation and problem solving as well as strong organizational and leadership skills to advance cooperation and achieve business goals for PRO Partner Group clients and partners.

Paulina offers a broad range of credentials gained through rigorous studies, including a Master’s Degree in Law, Legal Apprenticeship for the Attorneys-at-law and Master of Business Administration (MBA). The combination of her experience and these programs has prepared her well to contribute to a wide variety of business activities. As a dynamic and strong leader, she concentrates on delivering quality results in a timely fashion to ensure that PRO Partner Group can deliver for our clients.
