Richard Rajesh Kumar

Richard works as a Legal and Corporate Structuring Consultant at our Doha office. Over the years, he has gained vast legal experience working across various top tier law firms in Doha. He has been involved in handling a broad range of transactional and corporate advisory work across the MENA region and beyond. He also brings to us a wealth of knowledge and expertise in civil & commercial laws, labour laws, Qatar Financial Centre laws, company formation matters, reviewing and drafting agreements, corporate structuring, corporate governance, conducting legal due diligence, and providing general legal advisory. He is a very result-oriented person who strives to deliver the best quality output and pays attention to every minute detail to ensure that clients are 100% content and satisfied.

He holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kochi, Kerala, India. He is also a member of the Bar Council of India and licensed to practice throughout the Republic of India.
