Once incorporated, Sovereign provides a domiciliary service that includes the provision of company secretarial and registered office services.

As Sovereign acts as the Singapore company secretary and all statutory records of the company are kept in our office, our office address is typically used as the registered address. Our registered address service consists of:

• Providing our address as your company’s registered address with the ACRA
• Receiving incoming mail on behalf of your company and forwarding it to you as per your instructions.

In addition to basic domiciliary services, Sovereign also offers full corporate management services in Singapore, which are carried out by our own qualified and experienced individual directors.
