Before joining Sovereign, Alex worked in several trust and corporate services companies and bank trustee, focusing on providing sophisticated wealth succession solutions for high-net-worth families. He is familiar with numerous types of trusts, including family trusts, purpose trusts, charitable trusts, employee benefit trusts, and pre-IPO trusts for business founders in North Asia. He has extensive experience in providing full range of company secretarial services for client companies domiciled in various jurisdictions.
