Brian McPhail
Brian has over 30 years’ experience in the UK Life, Pensions and Investments industry and specialises in leading large scale multi-client organisations in institutional and retail markets.
His expertise is leading Operations, IT, Change and Customer Experience teams devoted to delivering service excellence through operational excellence.
His career started with Aberdeen Asset Management, and he has worked with a number of leading Financial Services organisations at a senior level, including Admin Re as Customer Services Director, Liberata Outsourcing as Service Delivery Director, James Hay as Operations Director and NOW: Pensions as Chief Operating Officer.
Brian is passionate about customer centricity and is a long standing Companion Member of the Institute of Customer Service and a Member of the Institute of Directors.
