Her expertise also extends to establishing family trusts for high-net-worth individuals and charitable trusts with an s.88 licence.

Prior to joining Sovereign, Mika headed the commercial and trust department of a reputable law firm, where she successfully managed numerous transactional projects, consistently delivering positive outcomes for her clients. Her leadership responsibilities included overseeing the firm’s compliance and company secretarial departments, and she provided regular training to colleagues on updates to KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations, demonstrating her commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and legal standards.
