Neil Cushing

Having qualified as Chartered Management Accountant over 30 years ago, Neil brings a wealth of experience gained in a variety of industries and organisations. Aviation is a passion of his and Neil started his career at the home of Concorde working on the Airbus projects before moving to computer reservations system owned by 10 of the world’s leading airlines. Further experience was gained in roles within various European subsidiaries of US corporations involved in children’s books publishing, internet security, and computer software.

Neil moved to the Isle of Man in 2002 to take up a position with a subsidiary of the world’s favourite airline, and after that airline departed the Isle of Man, Neil remained and held positions as Finance Director of a publicly quoted property and retail company, a privately owned music and video production company, and a private-equity backed fitness hardware/software company.

Neil joined the Sovereign team in 2023 as Head of Finance overseeing the client and internal accounting teams.
