Raymond Yip

Raymond started his career as a graduate lawyer in Australia immediately after graduation of law school and admitted as a solicitor of NSW and QLD and High Court of Australia in 2005. He then relocated back to Hong Kong and joined various US, UK, HK corporate law firms and general law practice and then worked as an in-house counsel in a family office and investment management firm specialising in angel and venture capital investment with particular focus on TMT and Fintech sectors. In addition, He has served as an external legal counsel to various trust companies providing non-traditional trust solutions and tailor-made structure for specific clients and family offices.

In 2015, he acted as a lead counsel with a team of 10 lawyers for a UHNW Japanese client in a complex multi-jurisdictional litigation with a total estate value over 18 billion USD.
